Marmalade Apartments is a multi-story residential and retail community with the intent of mixed-use development community. The 5-story project has 320 new homes and two buildings. The apartments are in the heart of the downtown Salt Lake City area. Daw was contracted with Kier Construction providing insulation services to this up-and-coming community-based project.
