Industry was built in the Granary District in Salt Lake City, Utah. The building was originally built in 1943. This project is a vision of community-driven adaptive reuse projects. The space has an urban feel which integrates work and lifestyle and targets young new professionals.

“This building by anybody else would be knocked down and put in a landfill,” Ellen Winkler said. “But we’re keeping it and then we’re going to build something onto it and make it better.” INDUSTRY SLC is a nod to the past and a welcome back for all.
